Set up in 2001, the Dot NAME gTLD is the sole TLD intended for personal websites only. These domains can include personal or fictitious names, nicknames and/or other titles people are famous by. At the beginning, just 3rd-level registrations were possible, so if you planned to order john.doe.name, you were supposed to do that under .doe.name. In 2004, however, the registration process was liberalized and second-level registrations were also permitted. Already acquired 3rd-level domains remained functional.

You will have the opportunity to update the WHOIS contacts, to park your domain, to create Custom DNS records, etc. You can also transfer an already registered domain to our firm if you have its EPP transfer code from the present registration service provider and we will renew it after the transfer has been finalized.
